GCES designs and manufactures industrial ovens and furnaces tailored to your specific application within a variety of industries. Combining a collaborative approach with our engineering and manufacturing experience, each oven is custom designed to match your unique needs. Considerations include the degree of automation required by your process, temperature control accuracy, safety, material handling, life cycle cost tradeoffs (CAPEX vs OPEX), and other variables that make for a successful industrial oven project.
Engineering & Project Management
Working with your process engineers and other users yields a comprehensive solution that favors reliable outcomes in terms of project and equipment performance. GCES routinely provides end-to-end management of an industrial oven project including oven installation, commission, and training. Because of our global footprint, we can also help with packaging, transportation and import logistics.
Project Management activities are formally scheduled so that critical path tasks identified and managed. Scheduling and supply chain control is a top priority, so departures from plan are quickly identified and mitigated to control schedule risk.
Manufacturing & Quality Assurance
Quality is assured by invoking several strategies. During the design phase, a compliance matrix is used to verify that the design details meet technical requirements. This can include construction methods and materials, performance, size, safety, environmental conditions, industry standards, etc. During the fabrication phase, work orders, drawings and in-process inspections are used to assure that workmanship and design standards are achieved. Final inspection is performed at the factory and again on site to verify fit ups, function, and performance.
Our quality systems are driven by our internal policy and procedures. In addition and when required by contract, GCES operates to the requirements of ASME Section VIII Division I.
